Conditions:

a) The clock starts when you finish placing your order. The order time will be in your confirmation email, and listed under your order history on this web site.

b) The clock stops when we ring your apartment intercom, or door bell.

c) The 30 minute guarantee applies only to addresses in postcodes 3000, 3006 & 3008, and only for orders placed during our opening hours of 5pm - 11pm.

d) You must select the 30 minute challenge as Delivery Method.  This is so we know that you want your order inside 30 minutes.  Note.  Sometimes during peak periods we withdraw the abaility for the challenge.

e) If we are late them you get your order for FREE (to a maximum of $50).

f) Our Delivery Attendants have no authority to give you the discount, unless it has been confirmed by our Shift Supervisor, whom will be monitoring your orders progress.

Note:  We always insist that our riders obey all speed limits and ride safely.
