Any errors in pricing or discounts will be manually fixes / applied when we get your order.

If the error means that your order may be more expensive then we will call / email you to let you know. We reserve the right not to accept any orders with pricing calculations or errors.

If a product your order is not available, we will usually try to contact you to discuss, if this is not possible, then we may decide to substitue the product for another rather than delay your order.
