Want cash out? With EFTPOS, not a problem. Maximum is $50 per delivery.

To cover bank processing fees & other related changes we charge a $1.90 fee for all card orders. This is added to your order / shipping total after you select your payment method.

Your credit card details are only used to process payment for your order. The processing is carried out offline (not through an online payment gateway) through a separate, dedicated line to our bank.

Only authorised personnel at Gourmet2Go have access to your card information. Gourmet2Go will at no time disclose this information to any third party other than our bank.

The customer gives us their authority to use these details for payment of their orders by submitting said details through our website. All credit card details are encrypted during on-line data transfer using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Credit card details are only stored on our database servers until your order has been dispatched. After this the system automatically erases your credit card details from our server. This is why customers must submit their credit card details each time they place an order.

Gourmet2Go takes credit card fraud seriously. In order to combat use of fraudulent credit card information, and to ensure the security of your transaction, your IP address will always be logged.

Please note:  Due to several recent fraudulant credit card orders, if you are a new customer, we may ask you to show picture ID matching the name on the credit card and the order.   Please call if you have any questions or concern about this policy.
